Music therapy can be provided by trained therapists and can include a variety of activities, such as listening to music, creating music, and singing. It can also be used to help people with communication, memory, and motor skills, as well as to reduce stress, anxiety, and pain
For teenagers and youths, music has made a lot of impact and it has become very helpful and inspiring because a lot of them can relate to most of the songs.
The reason I chose this topic is because music is a therapy for most teenagers and youths, some people prefer to listen to songs than opening up to other people because they feel like nobody understands what they’re actually feeling. So, they’d rather just listen to music and relate with it. The blog is more of talking about music that can help with certain thoughts and also talking about upcoming musicians in Nigeria and how they feel about music and uploading some of their songs.
